My girlfriend and I stayed at Andrea's BNB for the New Year's festivities at Niagara Falls. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable of the area and very considerate, especially when it came to our needs. Her breakfasts were something to look forward to every morning. You'll never start your day hungry! She asked about any food allergies beforehand and tailored her meals accordingly. Being a native of Niagara, Andrea knew exactly where the attractions were located and offered tips on how to get around. A perk of staying with Andrea was that her place is located within a block of the WEGO bus stop. Her home was clean, comfortable, and we felt safe. `Truly fantastic experience` I highly recommend Andrea's place as one of the best places to stay while visiting Niagara Falls. We stayed at the King Suite. Quaint, beautifully decorated, cozy and clean, all with a 19th Century antique vibe which we simply loved. A lovely house, close to the river and accessible to public transportation. Located just minutes walk from the Niagara Bus Terminal. Andrea is a wonderful hostess. She truly cares about her guests. She makes the yummiest breakfasts and caters to the guests dietary restrictions and preferences. We even had breakfast brought up to our room. Andrea gave us lots of suggestions on where to go and what to do. No more searching for places to stay anymore as this would be my go-to place every time I visit Niagara falls again.	Tripadvisor

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s! The room itself is very nice and the bed is extremely comfortable! Everything was very clean and easy to use! The location is wonderful, right on the green line and easy to get to all excursions! She is very knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed at the beginning to plan our weekend there! Definitely recommend the adventure pass if you are going to do everything around the area! Finally, breakfast was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t say more, really enjoyed our weekend stay here! Andrea was amazing.She greeted us outside when we arrived at her lovely home and was very warm and welcoming. She showed us our room and all the amenities as well as all the wonderful options of things to do in Niagara Falls. Her breakfasts were delicious and her hospitality was excellent. Andrea's B&B was amazing, she was so thoughtful and kind! Maybe she didn't think so but we thought she went above and beyond our expectations! The room was very clean, she communicated well about her B&B with a tour and explained how to navigate around town. In addition to that, her breakfasts were spectacular, each day was something different! We really enjoyed our stay with her and look forward to returning some day. Andrea is a wonderful host! The accommodations were excellent and centrally located to small towns and a major city Toronto that can be driven within an hour. Majority of the Niagara Fall attractions are within walking distance with plenty of attractions to see. The breakfast every morning in the dining room is healthy made from scratch and if you left hungry was your fault. The breakfast menu varied each day and is excellent. The room accommodations were excellent and comfortable. Highly recommend this bed and breakfast if you plan a vacation in this area of Canada.
